media and communications management at the University of St.Gallen.
Martin Eppler studied communication sciences, business administration
and psychology at the Boston University School of Communication, the
Paris Graduate School of Management, and the Universities of Geneva
and St.Gallen. Longstanding activity in research on knowledge work,
information quality and knowledge management; responsible for the
